Grant Vernon is an innovation strategist, keynote speaker, university lecturer and founder of Innovation Network.

For 20 years he has helped enterprise, government and defence teams turn complex challenges into clear decisions and practical action, and helped their people build the capability to do it again without him. He teaches at Oxford, LSE and Northeastern University London, and speaks on innovation, AI productivity and deciding before the evidence is complete.

Teaching

Lecturing where ideas turn into ventures.

Grant teaches entrepreneurship and innovation at three of London and Oxford's leading universities, running the same sprint method he uses with enterprise and defence clients. Students leave with customer evidence, an experiment and a pitch, in a day.

About

Twenty years at the point where strategy meets action.

20years
39countries
10,000+senior leaders trained
3,000+startups supported

Grant started out working alongside founders, then spent a decade as a senior corporate trainer with Telecoms and Tech Academy, served as Course Director at Innovation Academy and Chairman of Business Made Simple, and co-founded Innovation Network. He has delivered across 39 countries with organisations including UK Defence, MTN Group, Saudi Awwal Bank, Google, Microsoft, Vodafone and HSBC. He lectures at the University of Oxford, the London School of Economics and Northeastern University London, and has guest lectured at Cambridge, Imperial, UCL and Kingston.

His method is simple. Bring a live challenge. Frame it, gather the evidence, make the idea tangible, test what matters and agree the next decision. Use AI where it helps. Leave with something real, and with people who can run the process again.
